All the sales assistants are smiling and friendly, but Oara particularly stood out! Always smiling, offering excellent advice, and above all… formidable with her promotional offers 😂 Every time, I fall into the "3+1" trap she often suggests… and I leave with more than I intended! Clear explanations, a super welcome, nothing to complain about. I highly recommend!

Excellent bakery. Having visited several times, I've been served by different people with varying experiences, but Yamina clearly stands out for the quality of her welcome and her professionalism. I went there on Saturday, April 11th, around 11am. I was shocked to see such an empty shelf (there were 5 tarts fighting for space and not even 10 baguettes on the shelf). Then the welcome was very cold, the saleswoman was very unpleasant, and I was surprised that she was wearing jewelry, a piercing, and a watch. Then I bought 3 slices of pizza, 1 slice of ham, and 2 slices of tartiflette. The pizza was undercooked or very undercooked. I find that scandalous, especially since I ended up sick with diarrhea, vomiting, and abdominal pain.

I chose this menu and simply asked to replace the Volvic water with Volvic lemon. I was told there would be a €0.50 surcharge, which I accepted. However, there was no information that this change would remove the dessert. As a result, I paid more for an incomplete meal. The in-store display clearly stated the menu's contents, with no visible mention of this condition. It's misleading. Add to that the very limited selection of sandwiches at 12:30 PM and the complete absence of napkins. This is quite surprising for a brand that promotes simplicity and transparency: in reality, these values ​​seem far removed from the actual customer experience. As a regular customer of this bakery, I want to emphasize the quality of the service, and in particular Bachir's professionalism. Always smiling, welcoming, and attentive, he truly creates a great atmosphere as soon as you walk in the door. Even when it's busy, he remains efficient, quick, and maintains a positive attitude, which is no small feat. He's the kind of person who knows how to make customers feel comfortable and encourages them to return. You can tell he's a serious and dedicated worker, and it's clear that he contributes enormously to the smooth running of the shop. I ordered a "Smart Little Deal" which has four items for five euros. I ordered two tuna sandwiches, a donut, and a drink. When I went to eat the sandwiches, 95% were just bread. Where was the tuna? Probably still at sea.

False advertising They offer you express or "smart" menus at all hours, but you don't get what you order.

A bakery with friendly staff, excellent bread made to our liking that remains delicious and soft the next day, fantastic fruit tarts and competitive prices, I recommend it!
