Delicious and generously topped takeaway pizzas with authentic Italian flavors 🇮🇹🍕. The staff are responsive, welcoming, and always pleasant. What more could you ask for?

I don't know why there are so many mixed reviews; the pizzas were excellent (comparable to a regular Bacio) and the little Italian guy at the counter was very kind and cute. Seriously, it was amazing! 👌

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! A very bad experience, and definitely not a place I would recommend, especially for a group order or a special occasion. We placed a large order for our first evening in our new house to thank the people who had helped us. Taking the order over the phone was a nightmare: the person on the other end was inattentive, the conversation was confusing, and it seemed like they were multitasking. Unfortunately, the result confirmed this lack of professionalism. Upon arrival, the order bore almost no resemblance to what we had ordered: instead of several different pizzas, we received almost exclusively Mario pizzas, several of which were mushroom-free, even though this restriction only applied to two pizzas due to an allergy. One pizza was missing, the homemade bread was forgotten, several recipes weren't followed, and some of the advertised ingredients were missing. The most shocking thing was how the problem was handled: despite sending photos, a detailed order list, and several messages calmly explaining each error, there was no real attempt at self-reflection. With each interaction, we were met with justifications for minor details, without ever acknowledging that the order as a whole was incorrect and incomplete. No gesture of goodwill, no offer of a refund, no solution whatsoever. All we received was an "I apologize." Making a mistake on a pizza can happen. But making a mistake on an entire order intended for several guests and then offering absolutely no solution is a serious lack of professionalism. If you're looking for a reliable establishment for an evening, for guests, or for a large order, I advise you to look elsewhere.

The pizzas are always delicious, generously topped, and made with quality ingredients. Delivery times are always respected. I won't change as long as this quality is maintained. I highly recommend them! 👍🙂

A meal that left us wanting more. We ordered two portions of lasagna, which were placed in a large aluminum tray, but it was only half full. Furthermore, they weren't as good as when the previous staff worked there. This double portion was clearly meant for one person, with less meat and far too much cheese. Even the fritti were less tasty. The pizzas, on the other hand, were okay. We were disappointed 😞

Very good pizzas! Regarding the service, I arrived at the stated time and they tried to make me believe I'd gone to the Morshwiller location by mistake. I hadn't; I'd been careful. The pizzas weren't ready; they were made after we paid, but we assumed that was the case. There was no apology or explanation from the cashier. So we waited several more minutes on top of the previous wait, for a total of 1 hour and 30 minutes. Luckily, they were excellent, and I still recommend them!

I ordered a pizza and a slice of lasagna from the website. I was surprised when the order arrived by the weight of the lasagna slice; it was only 370g, barely more than a ready-made meal from the supermarket. That seems a bit small to me.

No complaints, the prices are very reasonable, especially when they're on sale, it's definitely worth it. However, the parking is a bit of a drawback, not very convenient.

They don't answer the phone and don't respect the preparation times; I was told a 20-minute wait, I waited an hour without any apologies. I find this completely unprofessional. Luckily, their pizzas are good to make up for it!

The pizzas and parmigiana are excellent! Great atmosphere, the pizza chefs are very friendly, and the waitress is very attentive and helpful. I'll gladly come back!

I highly recommend getting pizzas on Tuesdays and Wednesdays at a very attractive price. It's worth it; I've never been disappointed.

The Click & Collect service is a great idea, convenient and efficient. The ingredients are well-chosen, but the taste was disappointing: the crust was too hard and rubbery, the toppings were overcooked, and there was a lot of grease all over the pizza, making it rather unappetizing. I think the pizzas were prepared a bit too far in advance, which surely affected the texture. It's a shame, because the concept and service are excellent!
