As a long-time customer, I've noticed a real change over the past week. The food quality isn't the same: less care taken in its preparation, less flavor, and a less satisfying overall experience. The service has also changed; the warmth and professionalism that used to be the restaurant's strengths are gone. It's a shame, because it was a place I recommended without hesitation. I advise you not to order from here anymore.

I'm not here to criticize, but at some point, it has to be said. After ordering almost every day for over a year, I can no longer remain silent. The quality has completely changed. It's not the same restaurant I used to know. It's truly disappointing to see an establishment decline so much in quality when it had everything it needed to be a benchmark. You've lost a loyal customer.

As a B310food customer for over a year and a half, I'm disgusted by the decline in quality. The two previous orders were already late and disappointing, but I thought it was just a one-off. This time, it's the last straw. Expected delivery in 45 minutes, it arrived after more than an hour and a half. For nearly €60, the food arrived cold, with frankly mediocre quality and a taste that didn't even make me want to finish the meal. Communication with the delivery driver was also difficult and unprofessional (he didn't speak well).

The meat, I quote, was from a can of Catalan-style tuna with pepper and ras el hanout, and the cheese was just his own sauce mixed with MAGGI seasoning. The Brazilian woman was Australian, and the taco itself was the Junior size for 10-12 year olds, and he had an ingrown toenail (photo attached). (I also want to mention that he used black olives instead of green ones. I didn't realize I was an old man who just came from Tarawih prayers). Sincerely, MEHDI MATILI

Mohamed Ali is an incredible delivery driver, absolutely top-notch. The chef delights us with every order, the service is impeccable, nothing more to ask for, the atmosphere is incredible, big smile, respectful, what more could you ask for?

I was very disappointed because there were only fries inside; they were really dry. This is the second time I've been, and unfortunately, there won't be a third. I have the impression they've changed chefs because the quality is no longer the same at all. If anyone asks me for my opinion on this restaurant, I unfortunately wouldn't recommend it.

Great kebab, I highly recommend it! What I appreciate most is that the restaurant stays open late, which is super convenient. Last time, I got off work late and was hungry, so it was a real lifesaver. Plus, the kebabs are delicious, no complaints whatsoever 👍

I've seen a delivery driver several times now, a new one for sure, and honestly very fast and very friendly, which makes me want to order more.
