Kebab le Délice

A wonderful experience! The owner was very welcoming and helpful. We just finished our meal and everything was absolutely delicious. The meat was excellent quality… and everything was spotless! A huge thank you to the owner, who works hard with her family. Top-notch! I highly recommend it!

A disaster!! The service was atrocious. The person in charge of reception was completely out of it and all over the place. When we asked how long the wait would be, she replied, "I can't tell you, we have a lot of orders ahead of you." What world was she talking about?? There were only three of us in the restaurant at the time. Yet, customers who arrived after us had time to order, eat, and even leave to pay their bill before our order had even begun. She finally rushed to prepare our order and, of course, one of the kebabs was missing the sauce. Absolutely no professionalism! I'm not putting all the blame on one person, but when you represent the image of a restaurant and are the intermediary with the customers, it's important to apologize for the wait and, as a simple gesture of goodwill, offer a drink or a small token of appreciation. A 50-minute wait for kebabs is unheard of!

A new discovery for us! A Berlin-style kebab. Excellent ingredients. Delicious vegetables and a great sauce. A very warm and friendly welcome. I highly recommend it!

Shaded terrace, extremely friendly staff, generous portions, and excellent pides. Top-notch.
