McDonald's

Last time I'm setting foot in there! I'd rather cross the border where the menus and everything else are infinitely better than here. Frankly, they have absolutely no respect for their customers when it comes to flavors and taste! Poor France.

-Cups were still dirty. -All tables filthy, but really filthy, even though there is hardly anyone there. -Disturbingly many flies inside.

Lots of flies. Burgers cold and dirty dry, pretty impressive for a McDonald's to be so bad…

A very bad experience at the drive-thru. After placing my order, the microphone was left on, and I heard very disrespectful remarks that I found hurtful. I reported the situation to the employee, but I didn't receive a satisfactory explanation. I am disappointed by this lack of respect towards a customer.

Very low quality. Espresso from an automatic coffee machine with no crema, and the macaron was frozen.

Despite the large number of staff, we had to wait a long time for our food to arrive. The restrooms were in a terrible state!

Clean overall, but it's unacceptable not to have air conditioning in the children's area; it was terribly hot.

A quick stop at the drive-thru today and what a lovely surprise to find Laëtitia taking my order! Smiling, charming, professional, and always available. Truly excellent customer service that made for a unique experience. Thank you again, Laëtitia... it was a real pleasure to have been served by you.

I highly recommend the McDonald's in Pfastatt! The team is incredibly welcoming, always kind and smiling. The service is quick and the atmosphere is pleasant. As an added bonus, I even received free sauces, a thoughtful touch that was truly appreciated. Thank you to the entire team for your good humor and professionalism; I will gladly return!
