Wide selection of fresh sandwiches, all the goodies from a French bakery, and a wide choice of pastries. We bought a lot and everything was delicious! Also delicious macarons.

I want to thank Lilou for her warm welcome at Le Poulaillon in Rixheim. It's truly a pleasure to be served by someone so friendly, welcoming, and professional. This kind of service makes all the difference and makes you want to come back. Thank you, Lilou; it's a real pleasure to meet professionals like her!

Visited the Poulaillon Rixheim drive-through today... The state of the counter where we were given our food is simply shameful. The walls are covered in smears and the window frame is disgustingly filthy. Hygiene must be impeccable from start to finish, especially in areas where products pass through. It's very unappealing; I won't be back anytime soon if nothing is done. Following my initial review, the facade and window were quickly cleaned. Excellent response.

I would also like to highlight the time she took to explain the many benefits of the Poulaillon card to us. Thanks to her clear explanations and enthusiasm, we signed up without hesitation. A lovely little shop with all the brand's products you'd expect to find. I had a blueberry tart, a Mauricette (a type of Breton cake), and two teas for about €12, and everything was delicious. I was able to wait pleasantly... for the tow truck that took two hours to come and get my car from their parking lot 😅. In the end, the breakdown really upset my stomach.

I was very disappointed with my experience at Poulaillon yesterday. I bought an American-style braised beef patty, trusting the brand, as I'd never had any real problems before. After eating half the sandwich, I noticed a strange texture. When I opened it, I realized the ground beef was still raw, completely pink inside. Ground beef patties shouldn't be eaten rare or blue; they must be cooked thoroughly to avoid any risk. As a result, I had a stomach ache all evening… it was really unpleasant. I hope this problem will be taken seriously, because this kind of mistake is worrying coming from a brand that customers trust.

They gave me a pathetic old Parisian ham, stale with dried ham and a dry end of baguette, two measly little bits of gherkin and a bit of butter. Keep your sandwiches!

Friendly staff, we only had coffees and they were good.

Delicious, inexpensive compared to other bakeries, and a wide variety of choices. They even have small batches of leftovers at low prices, and they're still just as good. The service is pretty good, but I think it depends on who's working. It's just a shame the parking spaces are a bit small.
