Table service was quite slow for a fast food restaurant; we waited 30 minutes for our order. The meal was lukewarm. A few options were missing when ordering at the self-service kiosks, forcing us to ask the server to change our dessert... the information got lost in the 30 minutes... but the exchange was eventually made. Update 09/02/2024: Table service is better. However, the drive-thru was a disaster: 25 minutes at the drive-thru, including at least 5 minutes at the kiosk to order, which means about 15 minutes of waiting after paying to receive the order "on the side." As a regular at this McDonald's, this is the first time I've waited so long. Update 27/06/2026, ordering at the table kiosks is better but I ordered 2 iced coffee lattes in 40cl, I first received 2 of 20cl then 2 hot in 40cl and finally 2 of 40cl iced but without chocolate sauce... a mess served by 4 different people all equally lost.

The manager is very disrespectful to her employees; she spends her time yelling in the kitchen. Employees, don't let her push you around, especially when she's not there to help you properly.

Good evening, I was very disappointed with my last McDonald's order. I received apples that were clearly past their expiration date: they had an unusual taste, a mushy texture, and didn't seem fresh at all. This is unacceptable for a chain of this size, especially when it comes to quality and food safety. I expect a minimum level of quality control over the products served to customers. This bad experience has shaken my confidence, and I will think twice before ordering from this restaurant again. I hope measures will be taken to prevent this from happening again. A gesture of goodwill would be appreciated.

We received the worst sundae in McDonald's history. And after complaining, the cashier told us it was normal. Unbelievable but true.

3 stars because it was hot but! Forgotten drink and towel, so far so good, I go to get it and they tell me yes then nothing happens so well that's still okay but when my partner goes to get her ice cream and the waitress is as unpleasant as can be, bordering on arrogant, her deplorable life should not impact the customers.

As a loyal customer of this place, I will never set foot in it again. I've become increasingly disappointed by my recent visits. This evening, I looked for a drive-thru at 6:40 PM (which isn't exactly peak time). After an 18-minute wait, with only one car ahead of me, I finally received my order. When I got home, the fries were completely cold and inedible (I suppose they were ready as soon as I ordered and were just waiting patiently to cool down...). This is unacceptable!

I just ordered two meals and two small wraps from the drive-thru. One of the wraps and a drink from one of the meals are missing. I'm paying for something I didn't receive. I always check my order, and this is the only time I've ever tried to trust the employees. I shouldn't have. Always check your orders!

I come every Sunday evening to order takeout. Several times now, items have been missing or there have been mistakes in the orders. On Sunday, May 31st, I ordered a meal deal with the breaded mozzarella burger and a dragon fruit Sprite. The sandwich only had the patty; the breaded mozzarella was missing, and the Sprite was a regular one. I'm giving 5 stars so as not to lower your overall rating.

As a family of four, we decided to eat in. Our drinks arrived, followed a few minutes later by the fries. We waited 20 minutes for our burgers, which never came! When I sent my son to get them, he explained to a colleague that we had received the drinks and fries but not our burgers. Her response stunned him: "Yes, possibly!" A long discussion ensued among the staff, who wondered what to do next! Unbelievable! A moment of stunned silence! Then, a colleague admitted that the order was lost, that it was supposedly on a tray! In short, what was supposed to be a pleasant family meal before a movie outing turned into a complete disaster! Of course, no compensation was offered! We won't be going back!

We were served very friendly and quickly.
