Disappointed, a very bad experience, a lack of customer service and very poor communication within the establishment. Beware if you order a set menu and have food intolerances; the manager is unwilling to offer a substitute dish but will have no qualms about charging you for it. At the end of the meal, after payment, the manager is closed to discussion and accepts no criticism—very poor customer service! I do not recommend this restaurant, especially for group meals where the establishment's flexibility is nonexistent!

TRICATEL couldn't have done worse. A complete rip-off, pre-frozen food bought ready-made, absolutely disgusting, and I mean it.

I ate pan-fried foie gras escalopes there that had absolutely no flavor (confirmed by my dining companions) and which I threw up that very night. However, I really liked the decor, the dim lighting, and the quiet atmosphere.

I ordered shrimp on a bed of avocado and mango with cilantro and fries for around twenty euros! The dish was extremely cold! Absolutely no flavor! Instead of cilantro, it was dill. A dish so cold with fries, ugh… Guaranteed stomach ache… (which I got) not to mention the mango???? Look at the picture… it's just beyond words, very, very disappointing! REPLY TO THE OWNER Well, that's quite a response! I changed the service rating to 5 stars because the waiter was indeed very friendly! But I think 1 star is enough given your response. Let me be clear: I'm not completely clueless—I know what steak tartare is and how it's normally served (cold, with fries). A "cold" dish shouldn't be practically frozen: the dish was so cold it had no taste whatsoever. The mango was hard and tiny. Furthermore, the menu listed cilantro, but it was dill, which completely threw off the balance of the dish. I should also mention, to be completely transparent, that I vomited this dish. I didn't tell you at the time, but I wanted to let you know so you understand the seriousness of the situation. Your remarks to me seemed unprofessional. Don't worry, like some of my acquaintances, I won't be returning to your establishment; I simply wanted to share my experience, but apparently you can't take criticism! Keep it up.

A superb discovery! The owners are incredibly kind; you immediately feel welcomed and at home. The food is simply wonderful: flavorful dishes, prepared with care, that delight from start to finish. And what's more, the prices are very reasonable, making the experience even more enjoyable. The restaurant itself is equally impressive, with absolutely stunning decor that creates a warm and elegant atmosphere. The waiter is incredibly professional and kind. I will recommend it to everyone I know without hesitation, and I will definitely return! Bastiano

Great restaurant, the food is delicious, the cuisine is refined, the prices are reasonable, and the service is excellent. In short, a restaurant we'll definitely return to.
