Bacio Rixheim ( IL GUSTO)

My wife and I ordered two pizzas, but the tomato sauce was clearly spoiled and far too acidic. The manager refused to taste it, saying it was the same sauce served to all customers. We received a refund, but his attitude was unacceptable. He acted as if it was our fault. Very unprofessional behavior.

We went on July 1st for my father's birthday; one of my uncles received spoiled meat. Avoid at all costs! No apology from them.

Very good food and service, small problem on the terrace, bad smells.

A discovery today... very friendly staff (a little shout-out to the opera singer 😀)

A pleasant Italian restaurant, tried for lunch. Nice setting, friendly and very helpful waitresses, good food... you can go there without hesitation to have a good time!

Top in its own right

No idea how the food tastes, reserved for 9 people, stood in front of a closed door. People waved from inside but didn't open the door. After waiting 10 minutes, walked to a friendlier restaurant across the street.

Inedible pizza served in 5 minutes, soggy like chewing gum, unheard of at Bacio, what a disappointment.......

Disappointed by my experience. The pizza arrived clearly undercooked: the crust was soggy and almost raw in the center, which really ruined the meal. It's a shame, because the service was decent, but the quality of the food wasn't up to par that day. I hope this will be taken into account for future customers.

The food and service were very good, but the dining room was quite noisy.
