A disastrous experience. The restaurant was completely disorganized, with no management of the service whatsoever. We waited 30 minutes for drinks, then over an hour and a half for our main course, without any explanation or apology. The manager was unpleasant, haughty, and utterly unprofessional. We had to cancel our order and leave after wasting precious time. There was absolutely no respect for the customer. Avoid at all costs.

Takeout order from Terrasses d’Asie in Pfastatt: a huge disappointment. Double portion of spring rolls, but no salad included, even though it's normally an essential part of this type of dish. The chicken salad was served with a practically tasteless, watery sauce, completely lacking in flavor. Judging by other customers' reviews, the impression is one of a rushed order and a real lack of consideration for the customer. A very disappointing experience that doesn't make me want to return.
