Well-located and very pleasant fast food 🔥 Thank you again

A regular customer with no problems until now, but last night was a very bad experience. I ordered an India pizza (chicken curry with a cream base), and it tasted abnormally acidic from the very first bite—something was clearly wrong with one of the ingredients (either the cream or the chicken). The result: severe stomach cramps and digestive problems all night long, something I've never experienced before. I can't definitively prove the link, but the timing and the pizza's suspicious taste leave little room for doubt. I'm not questioning the restaurant as a whole, given my previous positive experiences, but a serious check on the freshness of the ingredients (especially the cream and the chicken) seems necessary. I'd avoid this particular pizza at least until they investigate.

There were bones in my escalope, he told me it was normal, I was going to choke. The meat was cold and disgusting. I experienced a huge lack of respect from the employees who started laughing when I choked on the meat. The waiter preferred to give me the hot cans that weren't in the fridge and clearly told me he was keeping the cold ones for himself and his little sister. He then forced me to finish my sandwich even though there were bones in it, and the whole team laughed when I choked. I advise you never to come here. And to top it all off, when I wanted to leave, the cashier, who is short and wears a headscarf, prevented me from leaving even though I am disabled. When I asked her why she was doing this, she clearly replied that it amused her and said, and I quote, "Who's going to believe you?" After what I went through, I went straight to the nearest police station to file a complaint. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

A place with all sorts of diversity, both in terms of customers and food. It's cool, the portions are generous, and the food is very good. The wait wasn't long at all, quite the opposite. I recommend it.

Smily’s restaurant in Mulhouse truly deserves far more than five stars ⭐ The welcome is warm and professional, the place is very quiet, and the cleanliness is impeccable. You almost feel like you're in a five-star hotel. I come from Basel, Switzerland, and I will gladly return every time I visit Mulhouse. A place I highly recommend. 🫶♥️🙏
