The hamburger was delicious, but it was hot, the air conditioning wasn't working, and eating there felt like being in a sauna. The windows were locked, thankfully a table became available outside so we could sit there.

My friend keeps getting garbage on his food, how outrageous!

On Wednesday, July 8th, a friend and I ordered two M&M's McFlurries, and we received one with caramel topping and one plain with caramel. After waiting a long time, I went to the counter, but we still hadn't received the ice cream and hadn't even been refunded, even though there were very few people there. I think this is very poor service and a lack of organization.

I didn't like the dish and it wasn't clean.

I'm giving it one star because the floor isn't air-conditioned, which is unacceptable in this heatwave. According to the manager, it's "out of order," even though it's been like that since last year. A pregnant woman fainted because it was so unbearable. No information about the problem was given to customers beforehand, leaving them no choice but to order or not. In short, really unprofessional.

The lack of consideration for customer comfort is blatant: no heating in winter, no air conditioning in summer. This dysfunction has gone on for far too long to be tolerated, especially from a company like McDonald's. Since you don't seem interested in retaining your customers, we'll find comfort where it can be found: at Burger King, ideally air-conditioned and located just a stone's throw away.

Hello, I was very surprised by the wait time, especially since the McDonald's was empty for 7 minutes (the service time is supposed to be 120 seconds). Furthermore, my wrap was left on the line for 3-4 minutes, which isn't up to code. They should have served it with chicken. Oh yes, and the paper cups, even though the standard requires reusable cups (no excuse since the rush hadn't passed yet, so they should have had reusable cups). I'm really, really disappointed; it's not good at all.

Sunday, June 21, 2026. Heatwave. No air conditioning. No ice cream on the menu. I don't understand anything, what's going on with Macdo Sauvage Mulhouse??? And recently there was no coffee. I had to go to Burger King next door and there were no problems, people there still know how to work.
