On July 10, 2026, I ordered a Marcel burger because they were out of Caesar burgers at 8:30 PM. I also ordered "Les Allumettes du Rôtisseur" fries for €5, which were nothing more than McDonald's fries served in a plastic ball—nothing like what you see online. There was no sauce in the takeaway bag; was this an oversight or a shortage? 🤷 The stock management was disastrous. The waitress left around 8:40 PM with a large bag to go shopping because they were out of mayo and steak. At 9:05 PM, we saw her sitting on her phone on the corner; perhaps she was waiting for a delivery—we'll never know. In short, dear restaurant owner, if you are no longer able to provide quality products during busy periods, please refuse customers or temporarily close your doors, as this ruins our experience and damages the reputation of your cuisine, which surely has many qualities.

The warm welcome was perfect, the wait wasn't too long, and the quality was top-notch. I recommend it if you're craving natural fries 🍟

A 45-minute wait to be served, with the impression that tables weren't being taken in order of arrival, but rather based on forgotten orders. Two sandwiches, two portions of fries, and two Cokes for €40—quite a high price for the quality offered. The fries arrived cold, and at €5 a portion, you expect them to be truly homemade. Yet, what was visible in the kitchen looked more like bagged frozen fries. The service was mediocre. Overall, a disappointing experience.

Avoid this place! Never come here. The opening hours are wrong. I arrived at 12:50 to eat, and it was already closed on a Saturday. If you don't want to work, don't open a restaurant.

I've never eaten in such a horrible chip shop. Fresh fries, frozen fries, bacon, hot dogs, raw food—they tried to poison me! Run away! €73.03 for a hamburger, three fries, and four Cokes.

5 stars The fries were simply fantastic – golden brown and crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside. Exactly what perfect fries should be! They were freshly prepared, served piping hot, and perfectly seasoned. Every bite left me wanting more – highly recommended.
