The bread is good again (except for the humidity issues), but what a lack of organization... It was noon today and not a single baguette left, not even in the oven or preparing to go in... How sad

I regularly buy wholemeal bread, but for some time now, it's no longer possible to order bread by phone. As a result, I can only come in the evening, and when I do, there's none left. When I come, I ask if it's possible to reserve bread for the next day and pay immediately, but that's not possible. The bread slicer is always broken. It's a shame, I buy a lot from you, but I'll go to another bakery. Furthermore, the staff isn't always very friendly.

It opens at 7:30 without a baguette, it's unbelievable madam, very impolite in replying to you, Mrs., it's Monday and we're not very motivated, good answer.

The baguettes are awful. In size

The bread is good, but there are organizational problems. There's a lack of staff to serve during busy periods, and they often run out of baguettes during the late afternoon rush. The shape and quality of the baguettes vary.

I visited your Marie Blachère bakery in Morschwiller today. I don't often leave reviews because I feel it can be discriminatory towards employees, but I wanted to bring this to the attention of management. Personally, I think your employees need training in sales techniques. I'm a shopkeeper myself, and there are training programs available to teach sales skills. I find your employees very pushy about upselling, especially when it comes to making additional purchases. There are training programs specifically designed to teach upselling. I went into your store to buy two pizzas, and your employee once offered me your raspberry Tropezienne. I said no, thank you, but he came back again, offering me flan. I found him extremely pushy. High-pressure sales tactics aren't always the best way to sell, so my advice is to train yourselves if you want your employees to focus on upselling and not pressuring customers. It can be very awkward for the customer. I think he should avoid making comments like, "Well, it's good that your card went through, it means there's money in your account." That's not very customer-friendly, and especially inappropriate; it's more of a suggestion than a criticism.

I might have a suggestion: Instead of opening a bakery without bread, rename yourselves “Marie Blache’Hair,” find two or three hairdressers, and at least we’ll know why we’re coming in. For at least six months, maybe even a year, we’ve been hearing the same thing over and over: “It’s not our fault, we don’t have a baker.” The staff in the shop has changed, but the availability of baguettes remains the same. Two out of three times, when we go between 4 and 6 p.m.… there are no baguettes left. 🤫Always “the fault of the missing baker.” Once, the baguettes were tiny and didn’t even weigh anything. The person in front of me took two → they got one free as compensation. I ordered 6 → I got… 1 back too 🤣 Another time they were all burnt to a crisp. Coming to a bakery where they're out of bread by 4 pm and don't even plan on making any more, you really have to have a sense of humor. And the last joke: "Go to Marie's in Sausheim, they might have some." Yeah, right… 10 km and a 15-minute drive at €2.10 a liter, obviously. Or I could just buy a field, a mill, and grow my own wheat while we're at it?

I am a very good customer of Marie Blachère Morschwiller. I was very disappointed by the behavior of an employee and her manager. I arrived at 7:45 PM, originally to buy bread. I saw a broken strawberry tart, and the very kind sales assistant offered me a 50% discount since it was after 7:30 PM. I jokingly replied that since it was broken, it was 50/50. Another sales assistant then aggressively told me, "You already have 50% off, isn't that enough for you?!" The manager supported her, saying, "Yes, but you have to understand, since 8 a.m. this morning, we've had loads of customers repeating the same thing." Grimacing, she added, "A discount, a discount..." Hey, that was a joke at first. Stop harassing the customers. The first saleswoman: Raising her voice and becoming aggressive. Pointing at me with her hand, not her finger, as she said. And using slang, like "wesh, wesh," as they say. In her own words. Bravo to the level of service at Marie Blachère. It's getting worse and worse.
