McDonald's

A classic McDonald's with friendly and dedicated staff. There's a play area for children and a terrace for sunny days. Located in the very lively Caligone shopping area.

This place allows dogs inside, and an employee brought me a bowl of water before I even asked. Absolutely fantastic, thank you!

This place really needs cleaning. It's filthy, the children's area is even worse, and it's impossible to eat without flies buzzing around you. Zero hygiene. On the other hand, the servers are very friendly.

Trash staff!

I was very disappointed with my visit to the McDonald's in Kingersheim. I waited over 30 minutes for a simple ice cream, which is hardly acceptable. The most disappointing aspect was the manager's attitude. Instead of managing the service and ensuring orders were processed efficiently, she spent her time saying "Hey, guys" to some customers and giving unpleasant looks to others. A manager is supposed to organize the team's work and ensure customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, that wasn't the impression I got. I hope this is an isolated incident, but such a long wait for an ice cream, combined with this lack of professionalism, makes me reluctant to return.

Cockroaches in my hamburger, it stinks

The service was good, the staff quite friendly, except the tables weren't very clean, otherwise everything was good 🙂

Restaurant closed, no sign explaining why, no one to warn you. And on their website they're supposed to be open. Thanks, McDonald's.
