Capitaine Pizza

Horrible experience. They ordered the wrong pizza, and instead of admitting the mistake, the owner insisted it was the right one. We had to argue for several minutes before he finally checked and admitted they'd made a mistake. Once the pizza was remade, it was a disaster. The crust was so thin it had holes in it, and the pizza had stuck to the cardboard. It was impossible to take a slice without it breaking. Clearly, it was done on purpose; I've never seen anything like it. The worst part was their attitude. No apology, no consideration for the customer, no desire to find a solution. The owner was dishonest, and the service was catastrophic. To top it off, the cash register was being run by a child of about ten who didn't seem to know what they were doing. The worst part is that we were regulars. After an experience like this, we're done; we'll never go back.

Disappointed. I ordered Pepsi and received 7Up. I called the store, it was a complete farce… despite my request, the manager never called back. I'm going from 4 stars in September 2020 to 1 because it's impossible to give zero stars!!

I ordered two large pizzas, which were small. I pointed this out, and they told me it was the box that was large. I ordered to pick up at 9 PM and left at 9:30 PM. I usually order from the Kingersheim location because it's close to my home. But between the large pizzas being clearly medium-sized and the missed delivery times, not to mention the unpleasant service and staff, I was very disappointed. This isn't the first time I've had problems with my order.

The order was placed online at 6:15 PM and the delivery arrived at 8:35 PM. They're taking the piss, plus they're unpleasant and give you the runaround. I do not recommend them.

I ate there, the tray was dirty, the manager was very cold, unfriendly, and didn't know his menu. I was quite disappointed with the service, especially since he was stingy with the hot sauce (elsewhere it's self-service in a basket). I waited 25 minutes for an undercooked pizza, the meat wasn't cooked enough, there was no "enjoy your meal" greeting, no goodbye, the lights were faulty, and the ventilation was very noisy. This pizzeria is definitely not worth it. I ordered a single pizza as part of a meal deal, as advertised on the kiosk, but they charged me the full price, even though the website says €4.99 for a single pizza. I ended up paying over €10, and there was no cup or straw for my drink. A real disappointment, the worst pizzeria ever, avoid it.

I've been coming to this pizzeria for several years now, and it's by far the best. I want to emphasize that on Sunday evening, February 22nd, only one young woman was working. From taking the order to preparing the six different pizzas, she did everything herself, quickly and flawlessly, and it was excellent. Thank you if you're reading this!

I loved the Alsatian

I went to this pizzeria and honestly, it was a very bad experience: a long wait, an unpleasant atmosphere, and service that was completely inadequate. But the worst part was the behavior of the manager, who was there. He spoke very rudely and disrespectfully to the people working in the kitchen. It was really disturbing to see and created a very bad atmosphere, and it definitely didn't make me want to eat there. Management like that should really take a hard look at themselves.
