The saleswoman was about as friendly as a barn door; you almost felt like you were bothering her when you asked for a specific sandwich (even though there was staff dedicated to making them). The coffee was served in a chipped cup, and when we asked for a replacement, we quickly realized it wasn't a good idea. The usual "goodbye, have a nice day" greetings went unanswered, but that must be because a barn door struggles with politeness.

One of the best bakeries in the area, I've been regularly getting sandwiches and pastries there since I started working in Hombourg, and it's always a pleasure. The ingredients are good, the staff are friendly, and the prices are attractive. That said, I'd tweak the chocolate banana a bit, but that's just my opinion 😁

A very good Alsatian bakery. They offer excellent baguettes, croissants, nut braids, and many other pastries, including multigrain and wood-fired breads. They also usually have a selection of small salads or various small filled baguettes to eat in or take away, with friendly service. (Highly recommended!)
