Domino's Pizza Cernay

The welcome was really friendly. Since the restaurant was renovated, there's less space and fewer tables than before. The wait was really long, but otherwise the pizzas are good. Everything is fine, except for the seating. There were four of us, so we had to eat in our car! It's especially convenient if you're local and want takeaway pizzas! It's a real shame the dining area isn't bigger.

Today I have some complaints about Domino's Pizza 🍕, firstly it is impossible to order before opening, secondly the application is so slow it makes you want to give up, and thirdly most importantly when I want to pay with the card at the reception there is no longer the option.

We received a very warm welcome from the Domino's team. We were able to chat and laugh in a pleasant atmosphere. We had a great time. The pizzas were excellent! I highly recommend it.

Domino Cernay, we arrived and they told us they were out of pizza dough!!!

I ordered online for a specific time, and when I arrived, I was told there was over an hour's wait. I asked for a refund immediately, and they redirected me to the website where I had to enter my bank details. Outrageous! We manage to get refunds from Shein, Amazon, and others without providing our bank details! After insisting, they finally refunded me directly. Another customer was in the same situation as me, having ordered at 7 a.m. The software doesn't block it.

You order pizzas for a specific time, and 30 minutes later they still aren't ready. Plus, the woman at the register is incredibly rude... She really has no sense of customer service.

Very good, it's just a shame they removed the fondant.

We've never ordered Domino's before, so we thought why not give it a try. We ordered two pizzas and received two pizzas that weren't ours! 😂 Thanks, we tried it, but we won't be back, that's for sure.

Ordered a bacon groovy and a pepperoni, didn't check because we trusted them. But what a joke when we opened the pizza box!!! So embarrassing.

The kiosk was either out of order or only partially worked (I may have even paid for my order twice, great 👍), the employees were incredibly incompetent and didn't understand anything, avoid at all costs!!!!

Very friendly staff, easy to access, the Drive is not very automated, but functional as long as there are no people.

Excellent pizza and served quickly. The new Domino's is very nice. We'll gladly come back. Thank you to Fatima for the warm welcome and smile.
